Courtesy Meeting between CICADA, Stand for Culture Fellows and Ministry of Tourism

In March 2023, CICADA, Stand for Culture Fellows and their mentors had the pleasure to meet with the Ministry of Tourism officials to introduce CICADA and voiced six recommendations in regards to how the tourism sector can deliver more attention and support for the arts and cultural sector. This meeting is the first step for Stand for Culture Fellows in which they had an opportunity to advocate for more support for the arts sector. This meeting also opens the door for CICADA to gradually represent voices for the cultural and creative industries.
