សុង សេង ជាអ្នកជំនាញដែលមានបទពិសោធន៍ជាង 20 ឆ្នាំក្នុងវិស័យសិល្បៈ និងវប្បធម៌ ដែលមានជំនាញក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រង និងផលិតកម្មវិធីសិល្បៈក្នុងស្រុក និងអន្តរជាតិ។ ក្នុងអាជីពរបស់គាត់ គាត់បានគ្រប់គ្រងយ៉ាងជោគជ័យនូវកម្មវិធីសិល្បៈ និងតន្ត្រីក្នុងស្រុក និងអន្តរជាតិ។ គាត់បានបង្កើនជំនាញរបស់គាត់តាមរយៈឱកាសអភិវឌ្ឍន៍វិជ្ជាជីវៈផ្សេងៗ ទាំងក្នុង និងក្រៅប្រទេស រួមទាំងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ឯកទេសក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោង ការគ្រប់គ្រងសិល្បៈ ការគ្រប់គ្រងលើឆាក និងកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្រូបង្គោល។ គាត់គឺជាស្ថាបនិក និងជានាយកនៃ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសិក្សាវប្បធម៌ ដែលជាទីភ្នាក់ងារវប្បធម៌មានទីស្នាក់ការនៅខេត្តសៀមរាប ធ្វើការងារលើការភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងវប្បធម៌ដ៏សម្បូរបែបរបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាជាមួយទាំងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងស្រុក និងក្រៅស្រុក។ ការខិតខំឥតខ្លាចនឿយហត់របស់លោក សុង សេង ចំពោះសិល្បៈ និងបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌កម្ពុជា នៅតែបន្តជំរុញទឹកចិត្ត និងលើកតម្កើងសិល្បករ និងអ្នកដឹកនាំវប្បធម៌ជំនាន់ក្រោយៗទៀត។

Over his extensive career, Seng has successfully managed a diverse array of local and international arts and music festivals. He has enhanced his expertise through various professional development opportunities, both domestically and abroad, including specialized training in Project Management, Arts Management, Stage Management, and the Training of Trainers (TOT) program. Song Seng is a Founder and Director of the Cultural Experiences Cambodia, a Siem Reap-based cultural agency committed to connecting Cambodia’s rich cultural expressions with both its citizens and the global community. Seng’s unwavering dedication to the arts and cultural heritage of Cambodia continues to inspire and uplift the next generation of artists and cultural leaders.

“With over 20 years in this field, I understand CICADA’s essential role in Cambodia’s CCI. I recognize the importance of grassroots support from arts practitioners, especially engaging members in urban and rural areas. While CICADA is making great strides, there is a need for more human resources to manage programs connecting members in Phnom Penh and remote provinces. My roots in Siem Reap allow me to serve as an ambassador, promoting CICADA and mobilizing local support. Although I lack fundraising experience, I am eager to leverage my knowledge of community needs to facilitate discussions and information gathering. I am also willing to offer training sessions to enhance our members’ capabilities.”
