Magnus Saemundsson

មែកនូស សែមមុនសាន់ កើតនៅប្រទេសអ៊ីស្លង់ឆ្នាំ ១៩៥០ ហើយបានផ្លាស់ទៅរស់នៅប្រទេសស៊ុយអែតក្នុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥។ គាត់បានសិក្សាផ្នែកសិល្បៈ និងការអប់រំនៅអ៊ីស្លង់ និងស៊ុយអែត ហើយជាគ្រូបង្រៀននៅកម្រិតមធ្យមសិក្សារយៈពេល១៥ឆ្នាំ ដែលភាគច្រើនគាត់បង្រៀនផ្នែកសិល្បៈ ប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យាបែបឌីជីថល។ គាត់ក៏ជាគ្រូឧទ្ទេសនៅឯវិទ្យាស្ថានបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ជាអ្នកជំនាញលើផ្នែកអប់រំ ក្នុងក្រសួងអប់រំនៃប្រទេស ស៊ុយអែត និងជាមន្ត្រីរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងវិស័យអប់រំលើកម្មវិធីសិក្សា បច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល និង កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ។ ចាប់ពីឆ្នាំ ២០០៦ គាត់ជាអ្នកជំនាញលើវិស័យអប់រំ ក្នុងប្រទេសស៊ុយអែត ដោយទទួលបន្ទុកផ្នែកទីភ្នាក់ងារសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អន្តរជាតិរបស់ស៊ុយអែត ស៊ីដា។ ចាប់ពីឆ្នាំ ២០១៥ គាត់បានមកធ្វើការនៅកម្ពុជា ហើយបច្ចុប្បន្នត្រូវបានតែងតាំងជាទីប្រឹក្សា និងអ្នកជំនាញអប់រំនៅក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

«ខ្ញុំបានចូលរួមជាមួយវិស័យវប្បធម៌ និងវិស័យអប់រំនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាអស់រយៈពេលជាច្រើនឆ្នាំមកហើយ។ ខ្ញុំបានធ្វើការងារគាំទ្រដល់សិល្បករ ចក្ខុទស្សន៍ និងនាដក និងតន្ត្រីករសហសម័យ។ ឧស្សាហកម្មវប្បធម៌ និងច្នៃប្រតិដ្ឋមានសក្តានុពលដ៏ធំ ដូចដែលបានឃើញរួចមកហើយនៅក្នុងការទទួលស្គាល់ជាអន្តរជាតិនៃតន្ត្រីរ៉េប ភាពយន្ត និងរបាំសហសម័យ។ ការដែលធ្វើឱ្យផ្នែកផ្សេងៗទៀតនៃវិស័យនេះមានឥទ្ធិពល និងគាំទ្រគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក នឹងអាចជំរុញឧស្សាហកម្មវប្បធម៌វប្បធម៌ និងច្នៃប្រតិដ្ឋទាំងមូលមានការរីកសម្រើនទៅមុខយ៉ាងខ្លាំង។ វានឹងបង្កើតនូវទិដ្ឋភាពវប្បធម៌មួយដែលមានឥទ្ធិពលសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងសិល្បៈ មកលើសង្គមកម្ពុជាដែលបង្កើនអំណាចទន់ (soft power) អន្តរជាតិ និងការចំណេញផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ។»

Magnus Saemundsson was born in Iceland 1950 and moved to Sweden in 1975. He studied arts and education in Iceland and Sweden and had been a teacher of mainly arts, media and digital technology at secondary level for 15 years. He was a lecturer at teacher training intuitions, education expert at the Swedish Ministry of Education and different Government Authorities in curricula, digital technology and international cooperation. From 2006, he had been an education expert at the Swedish International Development Agency, SIDA. He has been in Cambodia since 2015. Currently, he is assigned as a consultant and education expert to the Cambodian Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.

“I have been involved with culture sector as well as education in Cambodia for many years. I Have mainly been supporting young visual artists, and contemporary dancers and musicians. The wide sector of cultural and creative industry has a huge potential as can already be seen in the international recognitions of rap music, films and contemporary dance-theatres. Getting the different parts of the sector to influence and support each other would give the arts and culture sector a huge boost forward. It would create a dynamic cultural scene with economic and artistic effects on Cambodian society increasing its international soft power and financial gains.”
