ប៊ននឹម មីលីយ៉ា គឺជាអ្នកសម្របសម្រួលកម្មវិធីផ្លាស់ប្តូរវប្បធម៌នៃមូលនិធិជប៉ុន នៅការិយាល័យទំនាក់ទំនងភ្នំពេញ ដែលធ្វើការងារសម្របសម្រួលដល់ការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីផ្លាស់ប្តូរវប្បធម៌អន្តរជាតិដ៏ទូលំទូលាយរវាងជប៉ុន-កម្ពុជា តាមរយៈវប្បធម៌ ភាសា និងកិច្ចសន្ទនា។ មានឱកាសជាច្រើនដែលបានបង្កើតឡើងសម្រាប់សហគមន៍ទាំងពីរ បានជួយបំផុសស្មារតី ផ្ដល់ឥទ្ធិពល និងផ្សាភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងតាមរយៈកម្មវិធីផ្សេងៗដែលបានធ្វើឡើងនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាការអញ្ជើញសិល្បករ និងប្រតិបត្តិករវប្បធម៌ទៅប្រទេសជប៉ុនផងដែរ។ ជាមួយនឹងបទពិសោធន៍ជាង១០ឆ្នាំនៅមូលនិធិជប៉ុន មីលីយ៉ាបានចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងថ្នាក់តំបន់ដោយផ្សាភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនង និងកសាងភាពជាដៃគូជាមួយសិល្បករជាតិនិងអន្តរជាតិក្នុងតំបន់។ នាងមានបទពិសោធន៍ការងារជាច្រើន ដែលគាំទ្រដល់ការរីកចម្រើន និងបង្កើនទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងសិល្បករកម្ពុជា ជាមួយសហគមន៍សិល្បៈជប៉ុនតាមរយៈកម្មវិធីផ្លាស់ប្តូរវប្បធម៌នានា។

«បេសកកម្មរបស់ស៊ីកាដា គឺមានសារៈសំខាន់ណាស់សម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងការរីកចម្រើននៃ ឧស្សាហកម្មវប្បធម៌ និងច្នៃប្រតិដ្ឋ សម្រាប់សិល្បៈ និងវប្បធម៌របស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ ក្នុងរយៈពេលមួយទស្សវត្សរ៍នេះ ខ្ញុំបានធ្វើការដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់ការរីកចម្រើន និងទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងសិល្បករខ្មែរ និងសហគមន៍សិល្បៈជប៉ុន។ នេះជាកិត្តិយសណាស់ ដែលខ្ញុំអាចជាផ្នែកមួយនៃបេសកកម្មរបស់ស៊ីកាដា ដោយរួមចំណែកតាមរយៈការតំណាងឱ្យស៊ីកាដានៅថ្នាក់តំបន់ដូចជា៖ ពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនង ភាពជាដៃគូ និងបណ្តាញក្នុងចំណោមសិល្បករ ដែលអាចនាំទៅរកការសហការក្នុងរូបភាពផ្សេងៗ។ ការផ្សាភ្ជាប់រវាងសិល្បករចម្រុះ ជំរុញឱ្យមានការច្នៃប្រតិដ្ឋ និងសិក្សាស្វែងរកបច្ចេកទេសថ្មីៗ។ លើសពីនេះ ការចែករំលែកធនធាន និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរចំណេះដឹងនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍ ដើម្បីបង្កើតឱកាសសម្រាប់ការរីកចម្រើន និងវឌ្ឍនភាពសិល្បៈ។»

BORNNOEM Milya is a cultural exchange program coordinator of the Japan Foundation, Phnom Penh Liaison office that dedicated to carrying out comprehensive international cultural exchange programs between Japan-Cambodia through culture, language, and dialog. The numerous of opportunities are created for both communities which has inspired, influenced, and connected by programs conducted in Cambodia and artists/cultural leaders’ invitation to Japan. With a decade of experiences at The Japan Foundation, she has been contributed at regional level by connecting and building partnership with artists in the region. She has been working and supporting the growth and relationship between Cambodian artists and Japanese arts community through exchange programs.

Engaging with fellow artists fosters creativity and innovation by exploring new techniques and platforms. Additionally, sharing resources and exchanging knowledge within the community creates opportunities for artistic growth and advancement.”
